We are very proud to announce that both our Hodgson Mazda Aftersales teams at Metrocentre Gateshead & Silverlink Newcastle were awarded the ‘Mazda Aftersales Customer Service Excellence 2016 Award’ yesterday.
The award, measured on the Aftersales results and outstanding customer service from every Mazda dealership across the country, is an incredible achievement for our teams. Mazda head office visited Justin Niblock and Andy Plant at the dealerships and presented them both with a plaque for “Customer Service Excellence” which celebrates teams who represent the Mazda network to the very highest standards.
Furthermore, Andrew Plant, our Aftersales Manager at Mazda Silverlink Newcastle, was personally awarded a plaque in recognition of outstanding and consistent customer service excellence over the years at Hodgson. David Wilson-Green, Customer Service Department Director at Mazda UK said that;
‘Seeing individuals that stand out from the crowd, excelling and demonstrating key attributes of our Blueprint is something all other in Andy’s position around the Mazda network should look up to and emulate.
