Business Manager/Transaction Manager

Working in Retail Car Sales Environment. Promoting both New & Used vehicle Sales including commercial vehicles.

The suitable candidate will have experience in this industry working closely with the Sales Manager promoting both the sale of vehicles and finance offers.

Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Supporting the Sales Team through coaching, mentoring and reviewing performance.
  • Driving the team to meet set objectives in a responsible manner
  • Presenting deals and maximising profit.
  • Valuing Part Exchange Vehicles.
  • Maintaining high standard of stock presentation (New and Used) in keeping with franchise standards and the Hodgson Principles.
  • Growing the Business through Tenacity and Commitment and giving the very best customer experience.
  • You will play a key role in achieving the agreed targets for the sale of vehicles and related Finance and Insurance products
  • You will be highly presentable, target driven and well organised.
  • You will fully understand that to maximise the sales of F&I products you will need to second face all customers.
  • You must have a franchised dealer background and had a previous position selling F&I products.
  • It is expected that you will prepare and complete all the relevant paperwork accurately in accordance with legal requirement to comply with FCA regulations.
  • You will maintain full and accurate records of all finance transactions and the showroom log.
