Whenever you bring your car to us for any kind of Mitsubishi servicing or repair work, we will always:
- offer you a written estimate before starting work
- gain your permission before undertaking any additional work
- offer the full range of Mitsubishi Genuine parts
- on request, return any parts replaced to you for inspection*
- ensure your car is ready by an agreed time
- explain the work we do and provide a breakdown of charges
- conduct a thorough check on all work
- fix your vehicle correctly first time, or make good free of charge
- contact you within three days of your visit to make sure you’re satisfied

Mitsubishi Servicing

Having your car serviced regularly in accordance with Mitsubishi’s recommended schedule will ensure maximum performance, reliability and safety from your car.

Our technicians are fully qualified and experienced Mitsubishi specialists, and always have access to the full range of Mitsubishi Genuine parts. We also offer convenient opening hours, and wherever we can, a pick up and delivery survice or a courtesy car – although this is, of course, subject to availability.

Whenever your car is in our workshop, you’ll get a free Visual Safety Report (VSR) consisting of 39 individual checks with a written report highlighting any work necessary at the time or in the near future. We will never recommend unnecessary work and you will not be under any obligation at any stage. We will send you a reminder before each routine Mitsubishi service is due, but you can of course book your car in at any time – and it may be a good idea to book in earlier if you have a higher than average annual mileage.
